Tolerance to opiates is a terrible problem for persons with chronic severe pain who are on opiates indefinitely. Regardless of their dose, after a few weeks, there is  pain break-through. This can be stopped with daily voacangine (or ibogaine if it was available)

The root bark of the Voacanga africana tree containing voacangine used as a daily dietary supplement reduces the need for opiate medication by reducing tolerance to opiates. Voacangine has NO pain relieving properties. It only works by reducing the need for some of the opiate. 

Take one capsule daily as needed.
